NanoDiamond Waterjet Cutting Orifices

NanoDiamond orifices are made of very small 'nano-sized' diamond particles sintered together into a single, solid piece.  This construction combines the best in diamond wear characteristics, with a greatly increased resistance to damage caused by debris hitting the diamond while cutting - the leading cause of early orifice failure.  Because it is a man-made material it also costs a lot less than single-crystal diamonds that are sold for up to $500.
